AVERION Assistant es software. No es una persona, no es un abogado y no sustituye asesoría legal, de seguros o fiscal profesional.

Puede explicar cómo funcionan las herramientas de AVERION Driver — por ejemplo suscripción, Digital Card, QR, perfil, vehículo, privacidad y problemas frecuentes de la app — y puede ofrecer escalación a soporte humano.

2. Datos de la cuenta

El asistente no debe inventar estados en vivo de cuenta, suscripción o QR. Cuando una respuesta dependa de datos actuales, debe usar fuentes autorizadas de la app o del backend. Si no puede verificar un hecho, debe decirlo.

3. Soporte humano

Si el asistente no puede resolver una solicitud, puede ofrecer enviar el caso a Soporte AVERION. La revisión humana es independiente del asistente automático.

Los canales oficiales de contacto legal y de privacidad se publicarán cuando estén definidos. Mientras tanto, puedes usar los canales de soporte disponibles dentro de la aplicación cuando estén habilitados.

AVERION Assistant is software. It is not a person, not a lawyer, and not a substitute for professional legal, insurance, or tax advice.

It can explain how AVERION Driver tools work — for example subscription, Digital Card, QR, profile, vehicle, privacy, and common app issues — and can offer escalation to human support.

2. Account facts

The Assistant must not invent live account, subscription, or QR states. When a reply depends on current data, it should use authorized in-app or backend sources. If it cannot verify a fact, it should say so.

3. Human support

If the Assistant cannot resolve a request, it may offer to send the case to AVERION Support. Human review is separate from the automated assistant.

Official legal and privacy contact channels will be published when they are defined. In the meantime, you may use any in-app support channels when those are enabled.
